4. Havelock Christmas Parade Grand Marshal Selection Criteria

   
   

   Must be a resident or business owner within the Havelock area. 
   Must be or have been an active participant in the betterment of our community. 
   Must attend the Grand Marshal Celebration Dinner and the Havelock Christmas Parade. 
   Cannot be a past Grand Marshal in the Havelock Christmas Parade. 
   Havelock Christmas Parade Committee Members are not eligible to submit a Grand Marshal nomination. 
   Limit 1 nomination per household.

   Nominations must be submitted no later than 5pm on Friday, November 9, 2023
