Christmas Parade Grand Marshal Nominations

It is that time of the year again when the temperature starts dropping, the wind picks up and holiday decorations fill the neighborhoods! It is, also, the time of year that the Havelock Christmas Parade Committee and Parks and Recreation start gathering your nominations to choose a Grand Marshal for the 2022 Christmas Parade!

Do you know someone who has done outstanding work for the community? How about someone who has went above and beyond for those in need? Maybe your nominee is a service member, veteran or retired military who has continued their patriotic service through multiple outlets! Whoever you have in mind right now is already a very special person because they have obviously made an impression on you because you are thinking about them. Take a few moments to fill out the nomination form online, link below, that will get sent to the Christmas Parade Committee for review and consideration. Please, take note of the criteria for Grand Marshal before filling out the web-based form.

Havelock Christmas Parade Grand Marshal Selection Criteria:

• Must be a resident or business owner within the Havelock area.
• Must be or have been an active participant in the betterment of our community.
• Must attend the Grand Marshal Celebration Dinner and the Havelock Christmas Parade.
• Cannot be a past Grand Marshal in the Havelock Christmas Parade.
• Havelock Christmas Parade Committee Members are not eligible to submit a Grand Marshal nomination.
• Limit 1 nomination per household.
