The Christmas Parade Committee along with Havelock Parks and Recreation are now accepting applications for participation in this year's Christmas Parade. Download the form on this page. Payment must be provided when you deliver this completed form to the Havelock Recreation Center on Recreation Drive. Deadline for submissions is 5PM on November 29, 2023.
