The Eastern Carolina Aviation Heritage Foundation was established to celebrate the heritage of Marine aviation in Coastal Carolina as a lasting tribute to the evolving communities, both military and civilian, and extend that heritage, culture and knowledge to generations of Americans through experiences that entertain and educate. The Foundation develops and maintains exhibits that are static and interactive in nature to tell the history of aviation in Eastern North Carolina from the Wright Brothers first flight to the visions of tomorrow. The Foundation’s sub-committees offer multiple volunteer opportunities.
